At Öğünce Food Services Inc. ("Öğünce") we care about the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, surname, phone, email, delivery address, order and payment details are processed to conclude the subscription contract and make deliveries. The height, weight, age and goal details you enter in the calorie calculator are used only to give you a plan suggestion and are not stored without your consent. Allergy and diet preferences are health-related data and are processed only with your explicit consent and solely to prepare your meals.
Legal bases and transfers
Your data is processed on the legal bases of performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent. It may be transferred to our courier partners for delivery, to licensed payment institutions for payment and to authorised bodies where legally required. No data is transferred abroad.
Retention and your rights
Your data is kept for the statutory retention periods after your subscription ends (up to 10 years under tax legislation). Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion and to object. You can send your requests to merhaba@ogunce.com.tr.
