Planned with legumes, tofu, tempeh and quinoa; two lines with or without eggs and dairy.
3 meals, from 600 TRY a day
Plant-based eating, when not planned, can leave gaps in protein, iron, zinc, calcium and B12. In our vegan and vegetarian plan these nutrients are tracked every week and deliberately distributed across the menu.
Two separate lines
- Vegetarian line: Includes eggs, yoghurt, curd cheese and cheese.
- Vegan line: No animal products at all, honey included. Protein comes from tofu, tempeh, chickpeas, lentils, quinoa and nuts.
Complementary points
To improve iron absorption, legume meals are paired with vitamin C sources; sesame, almonds and calcium-fortified plant milks are used for calcium. Because B12 cannot be reliably obtained from food, vegans are reminded to use a supplement on their physician's advice.
The protein content of every meal is printed on the label; the vegan plan provides on average 22–30 g of protein per meal.
Scope of service
- Separate vegan and vegetarian lines
- 22–30 g of plant protein per meal
- Iron and calcium pairings
