An Öğünce subscription works in four steps and asks for no commitment at any of them. Here is our daily flow.
1. Production
The stoves are lit at 05:00. Meals on the menu are cooked in two shifts, the night before and the morning of delivery, then blast-chilled to 3 °C. Every container carries its production date, use-by date, calories, macros and allergen information.
2. Packing and cold chain
Meals are sorted into one bag per day and delivery window. Our vehicles carry refrigeration units running between 0 and 4 °C, and temperature logs are kept on every delivery round.
3. Delivery
Depending on your district we leave the bag at your door between 06:00 – 08:30 or 18:00 – 21:30. The courier sends an SMS 15 minutes before arrival. You do not need to be home; we can hang the bag on your door or leave it with your concierge.
4. Reheating and eating
Reheat the meal in the microwave for 90 seconds or in the oven for 8 minutes. Cold salads can go straight from the fridge to the plate. Meals in the bag keep safely in the fridge for 3 days from the delivery date.
Managing your subscription
- Freezing a day: let us know by 14:00 at the latest, one day before delivery.
- Moving a day: you can add remaining days to the end of your plan.
- Swapping a meal: you can swap a meal on the menu for another in the same calorie range.
