Frequently asked questions
How do I choose my calorie level?
Use the calorie and macro calculator and write the result in your order note. We prepare the closest of the 1,400, 1,700, 2,100 and 2,600 kcal levels.
Is there weekend delivery?
Plans run on 5 weekdays. In districts with Saturday delivery you can add a weekend box; there is no Sunday delivery.
Can I freeze days?
Yes. If you notify us by 14:00 at the latest one day before delivery, the days are added to the end of your plan at no extra charge.
What if I don't like it?
On the 5-day trial plan, if you cancel after the first two deliveries, the unused days are refunded.
